Adventure Time is an American animated television series created by Pendleton Ward for Cartoon Network. It follows the adventures of a boy named Finn and his best friend and adoptive brother Jake – a dog with the magical power to change shape and size at will. Finn and Jake live in the post-apocalyptic Land of Ooo, where they interact with Princess Bubblegum, the Ice King, Marceline the Vampire Queen, BMO, and others. After a short became a viral hit on the Internet, Cartoon Network commissioned a full-length series, which previewed on March 11, 2010, and officially premiered on April 5, 2010. Adventure Time’s success has led to various forms of licensed merchandise, including books, video games, clothing, and so much more!

When Fionna rescues a feral flame boy from the Ice Queen, it starts her on a quest she’ll never forget… it’s a crazy adventure with magic flan and magic wands, everything you need in a monster-fighting, queen-defeating, wacky story filled with friends and sweet, sweet justice.

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, Fionna intercedes in a war between Ice Queen and Flame Prince.

Next in issue #2, After driving off Ice Queen, Fionna and Cake attempt to nurse Flame Prince back to health.

Next in issue #3, Marshall convinces Fionna to accompany him on a mission to rescue Prince Gumball, over Cake’s objections.

Next in issue #4, While Prince Bubblegum puzzles over how to extract the heated salt crystal from the flame elemental before it’s consumed, Lumpy Space Prince steals Fionna’s wand sword to make himself handsome.

Next in issue #5, With Flame Prince restored, he and Fionna venture to Ice Queen’s castle to free the other fire sprites from her clutches.

Finally in issue #6, After trapping Fionna and Cake, Ice Queen reveals her true intentions for Flame Prince.
