On Charon 13, a desolated rimworld in a forgotten system, an Xenomorph outbreaks spreads on a geo-thermal processing station. Soldiers Kenner and Jas desperately attempt to rescue victims that have been taken by Xenomorphs, finding their leader Danny Marshall lying unconscious alongside a similarly comatose Predator, both having been impregnated by Facehuggers. Deeming the situation lost, Kenner and Jas rouse Marshall and the three of them attempt to flee the planet. Meanwhile, the Predator awakes, puts its gear back on and prepares to kill some Xenomorphs.
Kenner, Jas and Marshall find a shuttle that can be used to escape, but discover that it requires manual operation from the surface, meaning one of them will have to stay behind. Knowing she is carrying a Chestburster, Marshall elects to remain, helping her comrades escape whilst ensuring the Xenomorph threat does not spread from Charon 13. However, to her horror, Marhsall discovers the Xenomorphs have already infested the shuttle. Losing hope, Marshall notices the Predator in the midst of a ferocious battle with the Xenomorphs, close to being overwhelmed by their numbers and the Queen that has joined the fray. Suffering from the pain of the Chestburster inside its chest, the Predator drops its guard and is about to fall victim to a Xenomorph when Marshall steps in and saves its life. The two continue to battle the Xenomorphs together, finally reaching and engaging the Queen as the whole station begins to collapse into the lava bellow, taking Marshall, the Predator and the surviving Xenomorphs to their deaths.

“Lefty’s Revenge”
Writer: Brian McDonald
Artist: Pop Mhan
Inker: Norman Lee
Colorist: Guy Major
Letterer: Clem Robins
Lefty is a Predator who is out for revenge against a human named Brea, chasing her from planet to planetoid, as a previous battle between them resulted in Brea taking his right eye, hence the name. Prior to their most recent battle, Brea made a quick pit-stop at a mysteriously quiet Outpost to carefully scavenge for ammo and parts for her ship. Brea soon finds out that the Outpost is home to an alien hive of epic proportions. Meanwhile, Lefty has successfully tracked Brea to the Outpost and found himself helping her escape from an alien horde, only to trick her into handing over the wrist-nuke she took from him prior to their most recent encounter. Brea escaped from the infested Outpost in her ship, leaving Lefty behind, questioning whether he had also escaped and would be on his way after her, yet again.

“Chained to Life and Death”
Writer: Mark Schultz
Artist: Tom Biondolillo
Colorist: Lee Loughridge
Letterer: Clem Robins
An Elder Predator and veteran of numerous hunts, aware that he has grown past his prime, chooses to embark on a final hunt on the Xenomorph home world. He stalks and engages an Xenomorph in close combat, but during the battle his reflexes fail him for the first time – he is injured by the creature’s tail while impaling it with his spear. As the Xenomorph removes the spear, the Predator stands up and removes his bio-helmet, finally acknowledging that he is no longer at his best. Looking upon the prey that he and his kin admire so much, he prepares to finish the creature with his Plasmacaster while reflecting upon his life and history, his hunts and trophies, and his attempts to understand and think like the Xenomorphs. Considering these things, the Predator elects not to shoot the Xenomorph, preferring instead to meet his end at the hands of such worthy prey.
However, as he watches the creature crawl towards him, the Predator realizes he and his prey have nothing in common and that the Xenomorph could never understand his decision, or the Yautja’s concepts of hunt and prey. It would never recognize the decision it had made; the creature is nothing more than the very soul of chaos. In his final moments, the Predator recognizes that his achievements in life were ultimately insignificant, his nobility meaningless, and that this is not the end for which he had hoped.
