Colonial Marines aren’t trained for this… Rising from the darkness, the horror of Aliens continues in the comics world. 

The comic mini-series, set between Alien and Aliens, tells the story of Private Zula Hendricks, a rookie Colonial Marine who goes A.W.O.L. to defend Earth from the Xenomorphs. She is aided by Davis One, a Weyland-Yutani synthetic who has broken his programming and developed his own personal mission to stop the company from acquiring the creatures for research.

In preview edition #1, “Episode One – Derelict”, Private First-Class Zula Hendricks is no stranger to combat, but war will take its toll, and debilitating injuries are a steep price. Fortunately, Weyland-Yutani has great need for Colonial Marines with grit, be they of sound body or not. But warriors like Zula aren’t trained for terror like this. In the dark, quiet recesses of derelict ships hide monsters humanity has never known… or so Weyland-Yutani might wish us to believe. In her effort to save Earth, Zula’s grit will truly be tested…
