“Dracula’s Voyage to England!” An untold story of Dracula, the greatest vampire story ever written, Bram Stoker’s Death Ship explores the harrowing, nightmarish sea voyage from Transylvania to England.
Stories/Spoilers
In issue #1, “A Stranger on Board”, One by one, the terrified crewmembers of the Russian schooner Demeter vanish, victims of the unearthly lifeform that lies comatose in the ship’s hold during daylight hours. Only Demeter’s seasoned captain, a proud man of the sea, remains to confront the voracious monster that has preyed upon his crew by moonlight…
Next in issue #2, “The Storm”, The doomed Russian sea vessel, the Demeter, has begun its journey into a darkness that they will never return from! Expanding on the greatest vampire story ever written, Bram Stoker’s Death Ship, chronicles the frightening ocean voyage from Transylvania to England as they unknowingly transport the evilest of evils. Each night the unsuspecting crew members of the ill-fated schooner vanish, victims of the undead thing that lies comatose in the ship’s hold during daylight hours. Having set sail from Varna, Moldavia, the captain and crew of the Russian schooner, The Demeter, began their journey to Fairfax, England. What started out as a routine voyage is turning into a nightmare as one of the crew spots a strange apparition during his night watch, and suddenly another member of the night watch crew mysteriously goes missing from the decks…
Next in issue #3, “Death of a Madman”, As her captain struggles with the horrible reality unfolding before him, the crew of the Russian sea vessel-the Demeter-is slowly and methodically being taken from her decks in wee hours of the night by a terrifying stowaway! Expanding on the greatest vampire story ever written The Russian schooner, The Demeter, may never complete its journey from Varna, Moldavia, to Fairfax, England. Now a nightmare at sea, each night another crew member goes missing and it’s evident that some vile unearthly stowaway is stalking its decks. Her captain does all he can to maintain order and expose and eradicate his ship of this hell-spawned curse… bit to no avail as another night passes and his most trusted second mate falls victim to the terrible monster on board…
Finally in issue #4, “The Face of Upyr”, The crew of the doomed sea vessel, the Demeter, are being killed like clockwork and the culprit is evil itself! Bram Stoker’s Death Ship concludes this terrifying tale of the voyage from Transylvania to England. Now, with the crew’s corpses scattered across the ocean, the ships’ Captain is the only man left standing between this unholy thing in the cargo bay and its final destination. The ravaged Russian schooner, The Demeter, nears its final destination of Fairfax, England. With all but a few remaining crew and only its terrified captain left to guide her into port. The nightmare at sea is almost over as the new, true captain of the ship, the Upyr, rules the decks with his bloodlust and prepares himself for his new home and his fresh, new and bountiful victims…
