For years, Valcan Scarmax has tried to rid himself of the hideous claw that whispers evil into his ear… and his heart. The fierce warrior known as Red Sonja tried to help by severing the offending limb, but to no avail… Now, Claw labors as a mercenary in a border war… until a mysterious sorceress unveils a dark prophecy that surrounds his monstrous limb. Satarina sets our hero on an epic journey to uncover his true origins… but will he find what he seeks? And what unspeakable fate waits at the end of his journey?

The story so far… In Red Sonja/Claw: The Devil’s Hands our heroes traveled to the land of Brissendyn, seeking the wizard Baxia – Sonja was convinced her former compatriot’s magic would cure Valcan of his affliction. But danger awaited, for the wizard was not all he should have been… After braving many adventures and enduring the wizard’s betrayal, Sonja concocted a novel solution to her tormented companion’s troubles… Claw celebrated his liberation by burning his cursed limb… and the evil wizard. But Claw knew that despite appearances, his ordeal was not over, his troubles were just beginning… as his dreaded cursed claw of a hand grows back.

Story /Spoilers
In issue #1, Claw finds himself working as a mercenary when he learns of a dark prophecy that centers around him…and he sets out to explore this sinister destiny. But what secrets and unspeakable evil lie before him?

Next in issue #2 & 2B, Claw has made a deal with an evil sorceress who might just hold the secret to his monstrous limb…but at what cost for this information? And what sinister secret do the three companions she’s dispatched to help Claw all have in common?

Next in issue #3, A dark prophecy is fulfilled as a monstrous evil walks the land, drinking the blood of innocents and killing all who oppose it. The destiny of this invincible, demonic force is forever entwined with that of Claw the Unconquered. Can even the cursed barbarian warrior stop hell that threatens the world?

Next in issue #4, Claw learns that his traveling companions are not what they seem to be, while a beast with a familiar face stalks the land slaughtering all who come before him, demanding the question: Just whom does the prophecy speak of? Barbarian action and horror thrills come together in this tale of dark redemption and bloody revenge!

Next in issue #5, Claw faces betrayal and must fight for his life! Will his strength, skill, and berserker fury be enough to save his life? Or could this be the end for Claw the Conqueror? Plus, the dark prophecy takes vicious, evil shape? and Claw’s role in it will astound!

Finally in issue #6, It’s Claw vs. Claw! The blood-soaked hero finally comes face-to-face with the gruesome reality of the prophecy? and it’s a battle to save all humanity in this senses-shattering issue! Does he have the strength to overcome an evil version…of himself?
