Celebrating decades of comic book characters and their adventures, Comic Book Champions unique artistry combines a limited edition, 3D, hand-crafted sculpture with a full color replica of its classic comic book cover. These authentic characters are cast in fine pewter by world renowned artisans. To insure authenticity, each figure has its own hand-numbered certificate. Each finely detailed pewter figure is a single production release. The master mold is destroyed after casting to preserve the uniqueness of this superior pewter sculpture.
The crimefighting team of Batman and Robin gained a new confidant in Alfred Pennyworth, Butler Extraordinaire, in this issue from 1943. Alfred is more than just a servant; he’s played advisor, mother hen, and occasionally, amateur detective.
