A supernatural-horror thriller about family and creeping, terrifying murder! After accidentally stealing the cursed mask of the murderous Plague Doctor, they’ll have to keep their family from falling apart as they solve an ancient mystery and struggle to survive.

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, “Chapter One: Unmasked”, Who is the Plague Doctor? What does he want? And how will the family survive? When Niles and Justine Burton go camping to get a break from their stressful lives, they expect to find peace… not an abandoned village hiding an ancient evil. In a turn of events ripped straight from a horror movie, a brutal killer wearing a plague doctor’s mask begins hunting Niles, Justine, and their two kids.

Next in issue #2, “Chapter Two: Haunted”, Surviving a close call in the woods, Niles Burton becomes haunted after he brings back a plague doctor mask. As Niles searches for answers to an ancient mystery, his son Bee makes his first friend – a girl who happens to be a ghost! What might this spirit know about the cursed mask worn by the murderous Plague Doctor?

Next in issue #3, “Chapter Three: Moth to the Flame”, Driven by a compulsion to understand the mask he found in the woods, Niles heads to Reyes – the mysterious seaside town that he sees in his visions. Lately, the town has been plagued by unexplained suicides, so a curious visitor is the last thing that residents want. Finding the truth won’t be easy… because some evils should never be unmasked.

Next in issue #4, “Chapter Four: The Seven”, The mystery behind Rosie’s death is revealed as we flash back one-hundred years to Old Reyes. Meanwhile, Niles attempts to unearth the history of the Plague Doctor, but the sheriff works mercilessly to protect his town’s secret.

Next in issue #5, “Chapter Five: In the Dark”, Niles ventures into the deep, dark caves beneath Reyes with hopes, and fears, of confronting the Plague Doctor. But what he finds only unlocks more riddles to the mysterious related hauntings. At home, the Burton family battle their own personal demons as they discover they’re more connected to the mystery than they realized.

Finally in issue #6, “Chapter Six: The Doctor Is In”, The final, frightening issue! The Doctor is in… and he’s making a house call. In this climactic battle, the Burton family must finally work together or be torn apart forever. After all of the death and destruction, the shocking truth behind the Plague Doctor is finally revealed.
