Blackthorne Publishing presents another in its series of 3D comics, (#8) this one featuring a Three-Dimensional take on a classic advenure of Chester Goulds legendary detective, Dick Tracy. Miss Egghead and The Dropper manage to capture Dick Tracy. They then deposit him in one of the most famous death-traps of all – desolate, abandoned Granite Island, where he struggles to survive with limited resources and the help of a stranded Scotland Yard detective. Meanwhile, Miss Egghead is betrayed by The Dropper, forcing her to depend on Cuban cop Wunbrow to endure a fierce tropical storm. This Special 3D comic features the three dimensional story, Ocean Death Trap!    

Story/Spoilers
In “Ocean Death Trap!”, Tracy is marooned on a desolate Atlantic island by Miss Egghead. He finds Superintendent Whitewall, a lawman already marooned there. They manage to survive until an Army space capsule lands on the island and they are rescued. Meanwhile, Señor Wunbrow shadows Miss Egghead, who goes to the home of Chicory in Cuba, looking for a hideout. When a hurricane strikes, Chicory leaves Miss Egghead penned up in his house while he and his henchmen try to escape with his gamecocks in the Dropper’s plane. They crash and burn. Wunbrow tries to ride out the storm with Miss Egghead handcuffed to a heavy door.
