Blackthorne Publishing presents another in its series of 3D comics, this one featuring a woman caught in time. A time-traveling scientist is stranded in the year 218 BC, where her technology makes her both feared and revered as a sorceress. Also, a backup story featuring space-traveling mercenaries. A historic adventure in 3D action.

Goldyn in 3-D contains:

“Goldyn” 

They are chronologists, scientists of varying orders. Experts at recording all aspects of past human event. A sociologist, an archaeologist, and a psychologist. The leader of the group is Dr. Thorn, an anthropologist. The youngest is his daughter, a linguistics major, her name is… Goldyn. A time traveling expedition goes wrong and a massacre ensues. Everybody is killed… but Goldyn. Goldyn meets and communicates with a local named, Etan of Assur. He thinks Goldyn is a sorceress because of her scientific technology. Later they are startled awake by a sudden attack, Goldyn dashes away and abandons Etan to try to make it to the “time” gate before it closes. Etan is captured. The “time” gate is only temporary and if Goldyn doesn’t make it back in time she will be stranded, however, she decides to rescue Etan. After rescuing Etan, she misses the “time” gate and is stranded. She has a vision that tells her to stay. Etan convinces her to fight against the Haurians, an invading army. Goldyn uses her scientific technology to trick the invading army and they flee in retreat. Goldyn is congratulated by the King. Later, fearing her powers, Etan is sent to kill Goldyn… but can’t do it. Goldyn and Etan then ride off with one another.

“Blind Mage” 

The compound of a world-annihilating empire in infiltrated by Etsuko, an assassin determined to kill the Viceroy and his mate for the destruction of her world. After dispatching the Viceroy’s mate, Etsuko runs into another would be assassin who states that he just planted a bomb and that they need escape right away. They escape just in time as the bomb explodes and make their way to a nearby aircar. Along the way, the other assassin reveals himself to be the Viceroy. Just as the Viceroy was about to strike, a masked gunman appears and kills the Viceroy. Etsuko and the gunman make their way the aircar and fly away.
