Everyone has problems: Sergio and Mark are trying to save a comic shop from extinction. Groo has been hired to raze a town’s bakery, on which villagers depend, unaware it’s the goal of the evil prime minister Murcia to replace it with a palace for himself. And the great warrior Conan has been enlisted to save the bakery (and the town) from the stupid warrior. Which gives Conan the greatest problem of all…

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, It had to happen: the most heroic warrior in history meets the stupidest as Robert E. Howard’s immortal Conan the Barbarian crosses swords with Sergio Aragones’ Groo the Wanderer in Groo vs. Conan #1. Will Conan annihilate Groo? Will Groo turn out to be the man who can defeat Conan?

Next in issue #2, Groo vs. Conan pits the two most feared barbarians in comics against one another. Will the savagery of Conan overwhelm the stupidity of Groo, or will Groo’s unmatched aptitude for destruction catch the Cimmerian swordsman off guard?

Next in issue #3, As a brain-damaged Sergio Aragonés wanders the streets, the indomitable barbarian Conan crosses paths-and swords!-with the insufferable birdbrain Groo. Has the warrior that vanquished a thousand wizards met his match? Does Groo even know the meaning of the word defeat? Knowing him, probably not!

Finally in issue #4, Conan fights for his kingdom, Groo fights for his bakery, and Sergio and Mark fight for their comic shop… Triple story lines collide in a chaotic climax of barbaric proportions!
