The Howling: Revenge of the Werewolf Queen picks up where the cult-classic 1981 film left off! The story centers on Chris Halloran, the man who shot Karen White after she transformed into a werewolf on live television. Three weeks have passed since Chris Halloran revealed on national TV that werewolves walk among us. No one believed him. Now Marsha Quist has returned for revenge – and now there is no colony to hold back her blood lust.

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, Chris Halloran is having nightmares as he awaits trial for murder. Not in jail yet, Chris is conducting an investigation of his own: if he can prove the existence of werewolves, he might just have a chance at redemption – if only his witnesses would stop turning up dead.

Next in issue #2, The web of secrecy surrounding the deaths of Chris Halloran’s colleagues continues to unfold and Chris Halloran is forced to take matters into his own hands as his redemption is threatened by a growing conspiracy, but a possible light appears at the end of the tunnel when a much needed help is provided by an old friend. Meanwhile, Marsha Quist embarks on a bloody campaign to claim the mysterious Hand of Akkara.

Next in issue #3, Chris Halloran faces demons both past and present, and soon learns that the hunter can easily become the hunted. Unexpected twists and turns in Marsha Quist’s schemes to exact retribution lead to the most shocking revelation yet.

Finally in issue #4, Chris Halloran enacts a desperate gambit to rescue Ruth and escape the Colony alive, while Marsha Quist’s path to vengeance enters its final and most horrific stage.
