Kull the Conqueror was created by Robert E Howard in a story called the Shadow Kingdom published in Weird Tales in August, 1929. Later, Kull was adapted to comics by various publishers. There is also a 1997 theatrical movie of Kull. A barbarian of Atlantis, Kull settled in Valusia and became its King.
