It’s Mars Attacks like you’ve never seen it, from the co-creator of The Maxx and the team behind The Hollows! When Mars attacked Earth, the battle left no side unscarred, least of all a lonely old man and his blind niece… along with the first Martian child born on Earth! Will the child’s warlike ways take over, or is there more going on here than it seems?

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, It’s about a family of survivors: little Clare Allan and her eccentric uncle, Woody. The rest of their family was wiped out in the Martian attacks, but they’re trying to rebuild. Which is complicated by the fact that Clare was struck blind during the invasion. And when all was said and done, there was a new third member of their family: a helmeted Martian infant. 

Next in issue #2, Post-invasion, an abandoned earth-born Martian was taken in by Uncle Woody and his blind niece. But the infant isn’t the only Martian still here… and the others are much more warlike, especially when they learn of the baby’s location amidst the human survivors.

Next in issue #3, It’s the Martians’ warlike Nature vs the human tendency to Nurture, as ‘First Born’ hits its penultimate point! Will the first Martian born on Earth succumb to its biologically barbaric imperative?

Finally in issue #4, The Martians have come to claim their own and won’t let any humans stand in the way! It’s live free or die time as Ryall and Kieth conclude their alien adventure!
