Ms. Tree is a comic book series named for its title character, Michael Tree, a female private detective who takes over her husband’s investigation business when he is murdered. The acclaimed hardboiled detective series featuring female PI Michael Tree, was co-created by mystery novelist writer, Max Collins and artist, Terry Beatty. Her name “Ms. Tree” is a paronomasia, or play on words, of the term “Mystery”.

Renegade Press and Ray Zone presents a 3D take on that female private detective, Ms. Tree in this Special 3D comic featuring the three dimensional stories, Death, Danger, and Diamonds & A Pair of Eyes. Plus… a Ms. Tree 3D Center-fold Spread. Awesome!!

Perennial backup star Mike Mist asks Ms. Tree for help in catching his girlfriend’s killers, and they track the murderers to Hawaii. They formulate a plan to go to Hawaii as husband and wife to catch the murderers.

“A Pair of Eyes”   4 pages

Preparing for the trip to Hawaii, Ms. Tree models some swimwear for Mike Mist, but tells him to not get any ideas. Mike suggests that since they are playing husband and wife, they take in a show. They are greeted by a fellow detective at the show entrance and he tells them that a purse snatcher has hidden in a 3-D movie. Out of a full show audience, Ms. Tree discovers the purse snatcher.

In Hawaii, Ms. Tree and Mike Mist live it up in their clandestine roles of husband and wife. Later, Mike recounts his girlfriend’s murder to Ms. Tree. They soon discover the murderers and confront them.
