Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, “Second Gensis”, After a night with his beautiful wife is rudely interrupted by armed ninja like warriors, Larry finds himself the subject of human experimentation. The outcome is… a monster, The Mutator! Meanwhile, elsewhere in the city a hatred festers in the bowels of the city subway. From there to the thirty-seven floor of a skyscraper… it’s time for Mr. Lee to die! Then it’s back to the lab for some more human experimentation.

Next in issue #2, Mutation continues. Mutator stalks the lab seeking revenge leaving a bloody gory wake behind him as he escapes. Elite warriors are sent out to retrieve Mutator and bring him back to the lab for further mutation. Elsewhere, anarchy and revolution are rising.

Finally in issue #3, Mutator escapes again and makes it to the woods, then later is… reunited with his wife. Unfortunately, the elite warriors are not far behind. Larry’s home is turned into a bloodbath as the Mutator slaughters the intruders. Meanwhile, back at the lab, the human experimentation continues. Evidently Larry wasn’t the first Matrix experiment… there are other mutations… other Mutators!
