This standard edition hardcover of “Night Images: A Book of Fantasy Verse by Robert E Howard” contains a very rare collection of Robert E. Howard poems with illustrations by Frank Frazetta & Richard Corben. With a foreword by John Poscik and an introduction titled “Echoes From An Anvil: The Poetry of Robert E. Howard” by Armand Eisen, this hardcover contains just about everything a fantasy collector could possibly want.

The standard edition hardcover features high production values, beige – cream heavy paper with each poem being encircled by lovely black & white illustrations and borders. Additionally, Frazetta’s image of “Conan” riding a pterodactyl over a lava stream is repeated with a metal embossed emblem on the front of the slipcase. Limited edition poem and illustration that is NOT in the trade edition, the poem is “A Song for all Women and is accompanied by a full-page color illustration by Frank Frazetta. Published in an edition of 1000 copies, only the first 250 were issued in a slipcase the additional aforementioned content.
