Inkers: Steve Bird & Art Thibert
Colorist: Guy Major
Letterers: Phil Balsman, Pat Brosseau & Travis Lanham
Editors: Rachel Gluckstern & Joan Hilty

Spinning out of Titans/Young Justice: Graduation Day, Outsiders unites Nightwing (the former Robin, Batman’s junior partner), Arsenal (the former Speedy, Green Arrow’s junior partner), Metamorpho (sometimes called the Element Man), and Jade (the Golden Age Green Lantern’s daughter) with newcomers Indigo (a killer android from the future), Grace (a super-strong barroom bouncer), and Thunder (Black Lightning’s daughter) as a pro-active super-team. This is not the JLA, or even a grown-up version of the Teen Titans; these heroes take the fight to the criminals, like Gorilla Grodd and his army of ape-invaders and Brother Blood and his cult of crimson-clad followers. This incarnation of the Outsiders has a mission: to save the world from the threats, some more subtle than others, which the first-string heroes don’t necessarily see.

Story/Spoilers
In part #1, It’s one year Later…and The Outsiders are finished. Done. No team by that name exists… right?

Next in part #2, The team holds onto their deep cover as they fire up a rebellion against a brutal regime – but the dictator’s got his own super-speedy secret weapon!

Next in part #3, Nightwing’s African mission is blown sky-high by a one-man military. Where did a tiny nation find a deadly super-speedster?

Next in part #4, Emboldened by their new post-Crisis rep as mass murderers, Monsieur Mallah and the Brain are testing their deadliest plan yet – on the Outsiders!

Next in part #5, The team hits hard against Mallah and the Brain – only to find themselves outnumbered!

Next in part #6, For these heroes, being an Outsider is in their DNA. But so are a few other things, as the team’s about to learn!

Next in part #7, Who’s about to blow the Outsiders’ deep cover?

Finally in part #8, An old foe returns with a new plan as the Outsiders’ secret cover crumbles!
