Story/Spoilers
In issue #1A, The vacuum airship Favonia transports intrepid anthropologist Gretchen von Harben, adventurer Jason Gridley, and Captain Douglas Connover and his crew to the inner world of Pellucidar, on a mission to deliver a supply of Harbonite metal to Abner Perry. But when the Favonia is attacked by ravenous pterosaurs, Gretchen will find herself hurled into a nightmarish adventure beyond imagining in the world at the Earth’s core, a land teeming with prehistoric beasts and bizarre, humanoid creatures never before seen.

Next in issue #2A, After being ripped from the giant airship Favonia by a vicious pteranodon, Gretchen von Harben finds herself stranded on a secluded island amidst one of Pellucidar’s vast seas. But she’s certainly not alone there, because the tropical paradise is home to giant crabs, a brutish, ape-like Sagoth, and a race of sentient crab people who have enslaved hapless humans who are forced to mine the lava tunnels beneath the island. Joining forces with the Sagoth, Gretchen is determined to end the brutal rule of the Krataklaks, or die trying!

Next in issue #3A, Deadly danger and prehistoric thrills await as the castaway Gretchen von Harben fights for her life on a savage, secluded island at the Earth’s core! Teamed with the hulking, gorilla-like Sagoth, and exiled from the underground city of the bizarre Krataklaks who have enslaved the humans on the island, Gretchen devises a scheme to overthrow the crab creatures!

Finally in issue #4A, With the devious slave Toran the Tall assisting her, Gretchen is confident that the Krataklaks’ rule will come to an end… But there’s something about Toran that Gretchen doesn’t know, and an insidious presence on the island that could doom them all. Can the young warrior Nadok warn Gretchen of Toran’s true intentions before disaster erupts on the tropical isle that lies across savage seas?
