Licensed vigilante operating out of San Futuro, he specializes in hunting down super heroes… the super powered beings of the near future who claim to be the guardians of humanity. But Marshal recognizes them for the frauds they really are… And, when they user their powers to terrorize the public, he’s sent in to deal with them… a job he does with the utmost relish and expertise… Marshal Law.

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, “Hell for Leather”, When the Marshal solves a Lamentation Configuration, he inadvertently opens a gateway to Hell. Not one to waste time, Pinhead makes Marshal’s acquaintance in order to introduce him to pain!

Finally in issue #2, “Hell to Pay”, As Pinhead continues to torment Marshal, Razorhead and other super heroes enter Hell to join the fray.
