Punisher faces another soldier posing as a drug-hating and crime-fighting person like him. This guy has some very deep pockets with secret bases in mountains with jets and planes. Punisher has to catch up on his flying skills to fight these people. Also, strangers who are more than meets the eye and glimpses of Punisher’s days training to be a priest.
