Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, Terrible things stalk the forests outside Arkham in this chilling original tale from comics master Richard Corben! An arrogant city slicker on a quest to uncover the background of a young woman from the backwoods finds horrors beyond imagining, combining Lovecraftian mutations with Native American legends.

Next in issue #2, A town hidden in the dark woods holds frightening secrets and even more frightening residents! The one ‘gentleman’ in a town full of subhumans offers some answers, but no safety, for our wayward hero.

Next in issue #3, Elwood travels further into his waking nightmare in the backwoods town of Lame Dog and the terrifying secrets that lurk in its cemetery.

Next in issue #4, When city slicker Clark Elwood travels into the woods searching for his Native American girlfriend, he discovers a town of strange, inhuman people, savage animals, and unspeakable fear.

Finally in issue #5, City slicker Clark Elwood finds more than he anticipated in the spooky town of Lame Dog, ruled by an ancient power that draws its strength from occult savagery.
