Known as the “She-Devil with a Sword”, Red Sonja is the greatest swordswoman of the Hyborean Age and more than a match for any man in combat. First appearing in Marvel Comics in 1973, Red Sonja has become the archetypal example of the strikingly beautiful warrior woman clad in revealing bikini-like armor. Red Sonja was created by writer Roy Thomas and artist Barry Windsor-Smith for Marvel Comics in 1973, partially based on Robert E. Howard’s characters Red Sonya of Rogatino and Dark Agnes de Chastillon.

Known as the “Lord of the Jungle”, Tarzan (John Clayton II, Viscount Greystoke) is the orphaned son of a British lord who was raised by a pride of Mangani great apes in the African jungle and later discovered by a group of explorers. Created by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Tarzan first appeared in the novel Tarzan of the Apes (magazine publication 1912, book publication 1914), and subsequently in innumerable works in other media, both authorized and unauthorized.

Now Dynamite Entertainment presents, “Red Sonja / Tarzan”. Eson Duul is an evil man. The mere mention of his name makes powerful quake with fear. He has no regard for life, including that of man. But he may finally have met his match when he finds himself up against Red Sonja and Tarzan!

Next in issue #2A, The Lord of the Jungle and the She-Devil with a Sword find themselves up against an enemy who uses methods they cannot comprehend. In different times and places, our heroes must seek out the assistance they need to stop the evil Eson Duul before he destroys both of their worlds.

Next in issue #4A, Lord Greystoke may be a man of means, but money and possessions mean nothing compared to his family. Next in issue #5A, The final showdown with Eson Duul looms ahead for Tarzan and Red Sonja. Their worlds and their people are at stake, and it will take everything they have to stop a man who only wants to destroy everything he can!

Finally in issue #6A, The Lord of the Jungle and the She-Devil with a Sword finish their battle with the evil Eson Duul in the world-hopping, time-traveling epic conclusion! After their lives, families, and worlds are put on the line, will Red Sonja and Tarzan be able to stop the most dangerous hunter has ever faced? Or will the coldblooded killer find himself the most fearsome warrior left alive?
