Story/Spoilers
In part #1, Over the course of several generations, the once mighty empire known as the United Republics of The Red Star slaughtered millions of it’s own people by the order of a single man. The man was their leader, Imbohl, a mighty sorceror whose insanity turned his people’s Utopian dreams into a nightmarish scheme of his own immortality. Haunted by the ghosts of their nation’s tragic past, the Heroes of the Red Star discover the true nature of their nation’s struggle, abandon their duties as soldiers of the Red Fleet, and embark upon a quest to liberate their people from Imbohl’s dark legacy.
Next in part #2, Red Fleet continues its brutal assault on the desert fortress of Kar Dathra’s Gate: Holy land of the Nistaani Warriors. With their ground forces led by Captain Marcus Antares, the monstrous industrial might of the United Republics of the Red Star has devastated the Nistaani defenders. The day is won… or so the Red Fleet believed. Now the final battle that will decide the fate of both Nations begins!
Next in part #3, Fighting her way through the rout, Maya attempts to find her husband Marcus only to be knocked out and sent to safety by her friend Alexandra. Marcus is missing and presumed dead. We learn that in his final moments Marcus beheld the spirits of the dead being collected by Troika. Marcus chooses to fight back.
Finally in part #4, Captain Marcus Antares has witnessed thousands of his fellow soldiers die helplessly on the field of battle. Around him, the giant warships of the Red Fleet, Skyfurnaces, begin to fall, crushed by the sorcery of Kar Dathra, the Nistaani Elder Priest. Now, heavily wounded, Marcus undergoes a mystic revelation which will force him to come to terms with the darker side of a country he has sworn to give his life for.
