He takes shelter in a lone shack for a while before eventually making a suicide dash. The snake is about to catch up to him when he wakes up. Back in real time, he finishes telling the dream to his guests and abruptly gets up and leaves. Later that night, he is found dead in his room, appearing to be constricted by something…
