Star Wars is an American epic space opera franchise centered on a film series created by George Lucas.  The film series began with Star Wars, released on May 25, 1977. This was followed by two sequels: The Empire Strikes Back, released on May 21, 1980, and Return of the Jedi, released on May 25, 1983. Then more than two decades after the release of the original film, the series continued with a prequel trilogy; consisting of Episode I: The Phantom Menace, released on May 19, 1999; Episode II: Attack of the Clones, released on May 16, 2002; Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, released on May 19, 2005; and finally the epic saga concluded with Star Wars: The Force Awakens released on December 18, 2015; Star Wars: The Last Jedi was released on December 18, 2017. And Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was released on December 20, 2019.

Introduced in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Darth Maul, was a powerful villain trained as Darth Sidious’s first apprentice. He was ordered by Darth Sidious, the Master of the Dark Side of the Force, to capture Queen Padmé Amidala… and destroy the Jedi!

Story/Spoilers
In part 1, In the shadows, an ancient enemy stirs. The Sith practitioners of the dark side of the Force long thought destroyed – secretly work to undermine and eventually overthrow the Jedi Order, the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy. Two members of the Sith order – Darth Sidious and his apprentice Darth Maul – secretly await their moment to strike. But while Sidious plans an intricate series of deceptions and machinations, Maul grows restless. The moment of revenge is close at hand, and he is unwilling to wait much longer…

Next in part 2, Darth Maul’s moment of revenge against the Jedi is close at hand. Although, his Sith master – the mysterious Darth Sidious – has commanded Maul to be patient. But Maul’s seething rage cannot be

contained. Maul has discovered that a Jedi Padawan has been captured by the Xrexus Cartel. The Padawan is to be auctioned off to the highest bidder in short order. Ignoring his master’s orders to avoid the Jedi at all costs, Maul sets out to find this Padawan before the Knights of her order do the same. He must work in secrecy, though, for if Sidious discovers his disobedience, the punishment will be severe…

Next in part 3, Jedi Padawan Eldra Kaitis is the prisoner of profiteering gangster Xev Xrexus. Xrexus has gathered the most dangerous crime bosses in the galaxy to participate in a nefarious auction to purchase the Padawan. Little does Xrexus know, Sith apprentice Darth Maul has infiltrated the auction. With a group of bounty hunters – including Cad Bane and Aurra Sing – Maul plans on purchasing or kidnapping the Padawan. Maul plans on kidnapping the Padawan, and then killing her, in order to satiate his desire for vengeance against the Jedi. But Maul’s Master – the mysterious Darth Sidious – has forbidden Maul from interacting with the Jedi. Maul operates in secrecy, knowing that he will face severe punishment if Sidious discovers his disobedience…

Next in part 4, Jedi Padawan Eldra Kaitis is the prisoner of profiteering gangster Xev Xrexus. Xrexus has gathered the most dangerous crime bosses in the galaxy to participate in an auction to purchase the Padawan. Sith apprentice Darth Maul has infiltrated the auction against the will of his Master, the mysterious Darth Sidious. With a group of bounty hunters – including Cad Bane and Aurra Sing -Maul plans on kidnapping the Padawan and killing her in order to satiate his desire for vengeance against the Jedi. Though the kidnapping proceeds successfully, Maul is baited by the Padawan, who claims to be his equal and demands a fair fight. Their potential duel is cut short when Xrexus, having discovered the theft, has their vessel shot down – and invites the disappointed crime bosses from the auction to hunt them for sport…

Finally in part 5, Sith apprentice Darth Maul has infiltrated an auction attended by the most dangerous crime bosses in the galaxy against the will of his Master, Darth Sidious. The prize: Jedi Padawan Eldra Kaitis, who was captured by profiteering gangster Xev Xrexus. With a group of bounty hunters – including Cad Bane and Aurra Sing – Maul has kidnapped the Padawan with the intention of killing her to satiate his vengeance against the Jedi. Having discovered the theft, Xrexes shoots the hunters’ vessel down and invites the auction attendees to hunt them down. Maul and Eldra split off from their group in order to pick off their pursuers. Despite working together, they bait each other until finally, their lightsabers clash…
