You’ve seen Dracula…but you’ve never seen him like this. Bigger powers. Bigger weapons. Think Dracula: Impossible. Think Black Hawk Dracula. In “Sword of Dracula”, we meet Ronnie Van Helsing, the commando who must use every Humvee, chopper, motorcycle and machine gun at her command to capture Dracula, the most dangerous man on earth, and then enlist his aid in fighting an even greater horror. Wall-to-wall vampire/commando/zombie action.

At 600 years old Dracula controls blood so keenly that he can make almost anything his army needs. And he will rule the Earth. But what happens when the King of Vampires faces the return of an even greater, older evil? What unholy alliance must Dracula form with Ronnie Van Helsing, the young leader of the massive agency known as the Polidorium?

Story/Spoilers:
In issue #1, “The Elder: Part 1 – Dusk”, Ronnie Van Helsing is new to her leadership role in the Polidorium-but it doesn’t stop her from dragging the organization into a full assault on Dracula, Lord of the Vampire. In opening act issue that plays out in near-real time, the Polidorium meet Dracula for the first time-but are all the Humvees, coagulant missiles, rocket launchers and blackhawks at Ronnie’s disposal any match for a man who controls a reservoir of blood?

Next in issue #2, “The Elder: Part 2 – Steve Reeves”, Still reeling from their defeat at the hands of Dracula, Lord of the Vampires, Ronnie and the Polidorium deal with a vampire threat on the ski slopes. But below the Dead Sea, an ancient evil has awakened? one that disturbs even Dracula, who can sense their approach even from the Coast of Italy where his army lies camouflaged. An episode of raving angels, marauding vampires, and snowmobiles, and the revelation of a dark secret held by Ronnie Van Helsing.

Next in issue #3, “The Elder: Part 3 – Survival”, The fallen angels Samyaza and Azazyel come gunning for Dracula in search of an ancient artifact and then turn their attention on Ronnie Van Helsing and the Polidorium. Vampires explode, Dracula surprises everyone with a new and nasty trick, angels scream and a new series is hinted at, all under the extreme hand of newcomer William Belk, whose Devilman-like art brings Sword Of Dracula a hard-edged manga style!

Next in issue #4, “The Elder: Part 4 – Close”, The moment we’ve been waiting for: Ronnie Van Helsing has Dracula in captivity, but a man who can boil the blood in your head is a hard man to interrogate. And what if the only way to save the world is to set the Polidorium’s most dangerous enemy free?

Next in issue #5, “The Elder: Part 5 – Rogue”, The fallen Angels have turned Dallas into a hellish nightmare of blood, bone and zombies, and they’re not the worst threat. Worse is Dracula, on the march with his own army of the dead. Can Ronnie Van Helsing play both sides against the middle, and come out alive?

Finally in issue #6, “The Elder: Part 6 – All the Angels, All the Devils”, The stunning conclusion to the first SWORD OF DRACULA miniseries, “The Elders!” Dracula, King of Vampires, has summoned an army of zombies to attack the Fallen Angels who have taken over Dallas. But if he prevails, how can Ronnie Van Helsing keep him from turning his terrible wrath on the people of Earth? Are we all destined to fall under the Sword of Dracula?
