The Teknophage, although he is portrayed as dinosaur, he is actually a bipedal 65-million-year-old serpent or snake demon since his powers are beyond powerful and demonic. He is an immensely powerful being that holds the keys to the universe. Teknophage has several powers. For one he is able to consume not only flesh but also the souls of his victims. He is a powerful telekinetic, which grant him the ability to travel across time and space. Teknophage possesses a godlike intelligence. Henry Phage has spent his lifetime as a conqueror, using his immense psychic powers and his ability to manipulate wormholes in order to take over planets across galaxies and feed upon the suffering of the denizens within, effectively making himself a god. Mr. Phage has the ambition of conquering the whole universe and turning it into his personal buffet. In his dominions, the innocent is tortured, psychologically destroyed, and physically torn apart. They are either enslaved and worked to death, processed into food for the unsuspecting masses, and/or chemically dissolved. Their souls are turned into Teknophage’s obedient soldiers. He has devoured thousands of worlds and killed billions. When he eats his victims, he swallows them whole so that they are alive while being digested slowly. He is known for slaughtering others for the most minor slights, even his own people. From The Phage Building, located on the planet Kahlighoul, The Teknophage plots and plans the expansion of his intergalactic empire. However, when he turns his sights towards Kahlighoul’s sister planet, Earth, the Teknophage encounters a source of resistance that he did not expect.

Story/Spoilers
In, “Culture Clash”, Reptilian Mister Phage plans to add another world to his dominion. But in order to make contact with a being from Earth, he must first transport that person to a world halfway between Earth and Kalighoul. He chooses red-winged Zeerus, Lord-Governor of Achernar 3 and transports him away from a boring party. He offers Zeerus the position of General in the upcoming invasion, but Zeerus refuses, violently. Both of these evolved dinosaur-men survive and return to their worlds—Zeerus with a revived zest for life, but with Mister Phage intensely irritated. Stimulating environments and worthy opponents are hard to come by, so Mister Phage makes do in the contentment and joy he gets from the screams of his many subjects back home.
