The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is an American horror franchise consisting of eight slasher films, comics, and a video game adaptation of the original film. The franchise focuses on the cannibalistic serial killer Leatherface and his family, who terrorize unsuspecting visitors to their territories in the desolate Texas countryside, typically killing and subsequently cooking them. The original film was released in 1974, directed by Tobe Hooper and written by Hooper and Kim Henkel.

Now Wildstorm Productions Presents, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Raising Cain”. This miniseries centers around two members of the Hewitt family, twin brothers separated at birth: Cain and Abel, with Abel raised by the Hewitts and Cain by a normal, loving family.

Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, Twin boys, Cain and Abel, are born into the Hewitt clan. But their mother is determined that her children will escape their obscene bloodline, no matter the cost. And when it’s the Hewitts, the cost can be very high indeed…?

Next in issue #2, The Hewitt twins, separated birth, find themselves inexorably drawn to each other as they grow up, connected by a hideous bond soaked in blood, a bond time and distance cannot begin to sever. And when the long-missing twin goes into law enforcement, more blood is sure to follow.

Finally in issue #3, Two Hewitt twins, separated at birth, find themselves inexorably drawn to each other as they grow up, connected by a bond of blood that time and distance cannot sever. And when one twin is tasked with hunting down the other, blood will be spilled.
