Only the Savage Dragon, battle-buddied with that cool green team: the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, can make the final distinction. It’s not human or freak that matters; it’s good or evil. At first glance, the Turtles and the Savage Dragon didn’t see thing eye-to-eye, but he set them straight.
