Rising like a phoenix from a burning field, the Savage Dragon loses his memory, but finds a cause to protect and serve on the Chicago Police Force. This finheaded hero’s out to wreck and destroy all that is evil! Especially those inside the Vicious Circle, that diabolical underworld organisation of criminal super freaks. Only the Savage Dragon, battle-buddied with that cool green team: the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, can make the final distinction. It’s not human or freak that matters; it’s good or evil. At first glance, the Turtles and the Savage Dragon didn’t see thing eye-to-eye, but he set them straight. And now, as long as the Savage Dragon, She-Dragon, Barbaric and their Ninja Turtle compatriots patrol the city, the criminal super freaks and bad boy mutants know the party’s over!
