Due to a strange printing run of this series, the comics are varied in design and texture. The first six issues are not consistent in texture or the firmness of the front and back cover. The seventh issue resembles more of a small trade paperback format with a spine. Also due to the inconsistent print run, the UPCs vary for some of the books and other books contain ISBNs, while others contain neither (please see scans). Regardless of the appearance and feel of the books, the story is still top-notch science fiction and tells the incredible tale of an intergalactic war.
…A new planet has entered our solar system. World peace has been declared. Colonies have been built on the not-so-distant planet and resources are being extracted. Unbeknownst to our United Free World, a civilization bred for war awaits them. Every planet has a leader, every planet has a weapon of mass destruction. This is the story of planet Cretor…
On the planet Cretor, a barbarian named Cynotaur is raised to be the ultimate killing machine in order to defend his race from constant intergalactic invasion. But Cynotaur faces the greatest battle of his life when faced with the ultimate invaders: the human race.
Story/Spoilers
In issue #1, Pitted against the ruthless Cretorians and their vast dinosaur armies, humanity assembles a team of its finest soldiers in hopes of leading their outmatched forces to victory. As the war rages on, both sides slowly begin to understand that there can be no victory; that no one truly wins in war – and they must learn to work together if they even hope to survive!
Next in issue #2, As armies collide, the outmatched UFW forces quickly realize they face an impossible foe. Obliterating Earth’s legions, the fearless, battle-hardened Creotrians conduct a brutal symphony of destruction. The Cretorian’s harrowing journey across the universe reveals the truth behind the Cretorian tribes, culture and history.
Next in issue #3, As Cynotaur dismantles the UFW army he recalls his battles in the minister’s coliseum of death. After defeating 12 of the universe’s worst creatures, the minister warns Cynotaur of a civilization that would enjoy processing Cretorians and dinosaurs into fuel. Cynotaur prepares to retreat underground, secretly worrying for his planet’s survival.
Next in issue #4, What does it take to stop the extermination of an entire race? Just one warrior. After gaining access to the genocidal mothership, Cynotaur unleashes an onslaught that will deliver one of the highest body counts ever seen!
Next in issue #5, When Worlds Collide – Two United Free Worlds face off in a battle of raw strength versus supreme technology. After centuries of successful galactic war Cynotaur the leader of Cretor has Earth’s forces outnumbered and unable to adapt to his advanced battle tactics. A hostage crisis is about to begin.
Next in issue #6, With the hostage crisis at its peak, Cynotaur the leader of Cretor, has the United Free Worlds right where he wants them; on the brink of destruction! Are the forces of the last standing army of Earth enough to end the threat?
Finally in issue #7, The final conclusion of the ultra-violent intergalactic battle! A new cold war is on the rise as things reach a heated, ultra-violent end.
