Warren Presents #8 Pantha: The Panther Girl! The Premier Collector’s Edition features reprints of backup stories from early issues of Vampirella magazine. Contents                                                                                                    Page

“Rebirth”                                                                                                        4
By Steve Keates & Auraleon
She came slithering into town cool and slinky. The men looked,
leered and pawed at her. Was it just a coincidence, or did the killing
begin with her arrival? Oddly, the killings were the work of an
enormous cat. She knew that the endless trail of blood stained
corpses followed her every move. 10 pages
Reprints Vampirella (January 1974) Issue #30. Warren, 1969 series

“Family Ties”                                                                                                 14
By Steve Keates & Auraleon
Panthers have no family ties! Their blood lusting nature requires
blood red meat. If it is still pulsing with life, all the better! Susan
has no family ties either. She needs the warmth and understanding
that a real family would bring. But like a panther, she leaves corpses
lying in bloody pools! 9 pages
Reprints Vampirella (March 1974) Issue #31. Warren, 1969 series

“Black on White”                                                                                           24
By Steve Keates & Auraleon
A panther free, black and deadly races through the world’s most
fearsome and vicious jungle… New York City! A panther leaps from
the steps of a slum tenement, the scene of the mauling death of two
aged slum dwellers setting the stage for a violent confrontation with
only one survivor! 10 pages
Reprints Vampirella (April 1974) Issue #32. Warren, 1969 series

“Children Haunt”                                                                                           34
By Steve Keates & Auraleon
The rootless girl, the changeling without a past, returns to her orphanage
only to discover that it is pervaded with fear and horror. What is it that
has destroyed the only home she has ever known? What is it that
makes the children cringe in fear and hide in the shadows? Why is
there blood in the air? 10 pages
Reprints Vampirella (May 1974) Issue #33. Warren, 1969 series

“Straw on the Wind”                                                                                      44
By Budd Lewis & Auraleon
There was something more tangible in the wind than a breeze.
There was something more cryptic in the air than a mere change
of jobs. Deep in the rustling shadows of the deserted Cairo Club,
something stirred. And something deep and dormant inside
Pantha burst into a snarling madness all its own! 10 pages
