Story/Spoilers
In part #1, Wolverine is captured by the Gorgon, and Fury sends in Elektra to break him out.

Next in part #2, Wolverine, reprogrammed by Hydra, escapes from SHIELD and Elektra to begin his quest of killing key heroes.

Next in part #3, Controlled by Hydra, Wolverine tries to take down the Fantastic Four.

Next in part #4, Fury and Elektra try to catch up to Wolverine who continues his Hydra controlled killing spree.

Next in part #5, Wolverine takes on Daredevil in his continuing quest to kill superheroes for Hydra. Elektra has a showdown with The Gorgon and is captured.

Next in part #6, Wolverine, still on his Hydra mission, tries to manipulate Rachel into killing the President of the U.S. using Cerebra. She turns the tables, however, and Wolverine finds himself on the run from the X-Men. During the chase, somebody dies. Wolverine is taken down and put into SHIELD custody. With the failure of Strucker’s plan, the power base of Hydra shifts to the Gorgon.

Next in part #7, As SHIELD attempts to deprogram Wolverine from his Hydra brainwashing, Elektra, now under Hydra control, is kidnapping minor supervillains to join the cause.

Next in part #8, Led by a brainwashed Elektra and Northstar, Hydra begins a full on assault of SHIELD and succeeds in taking down the Helicarrier. Wolverine prepares to take the fight to his enemies.

Next in part #9, Wolverine tracks down Northstar and his White Light terrorists and uses Sentinels to take them out.

Next in part #10, Wolverine uses a Sentinel to take on The Hand and bring Elektra back to the side of the angels.

Next in part #11, Wolverine and Elektra lead SHIELD’s all-out assault on the Gorgon’s forces, but the new leader of Hydra turns the tables on them by moving in to kill a wounded Nick Fury.

Next in part #12, Wolverine has a final showdown against the Gorgon with Nick Fury’s life hanging in the balance.

Finally in part #13, During WW2, Wolverine makes the life of a concentration camp leader a living hell.
