Return Policy

Thank you for your order. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the condition they were originally sent out as.
RETURN PROCESS
To begin the returns process, please send us a message at customerservice@collectibleentertainment.com with a brief explanation as to why you would like to return the item.
Once we have confirmed with you through email correspondence that we will accept the return, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address that we will give you via email.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any books that were originally brand new and factory sealed and were removed from that original sealing.
- Any action figures that were inside their original packaging that were removed from that original packaging.

Please Note
When returning a product, please return the product to its original packaging and ensure that it is safe and secure to prevent damage to the product during the return process.
